Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in a dynamic hunter/farmer role, the full-time remote Sales Executive will focus on winning new business, managing existing client accounts, and owning the full sales cycle to exceed annual revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Winning new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and converting qualified leads
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Owning the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in a hunter/farmer sales role with experience in new business generation and account growth
- Experience consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets, ideally 720,000+ annually
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing capability with senior stakeholders
- Excellent commercial awareness and resilience in a target-led environment
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills, preferably with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools
