Job Summary

Seasoned and results-driven, the remote VP Sales will generate and close multi-million dollar deals for L&A Solutions, leveraging strong relationships within top US Insurance companies while collaborating with a Sales Enablement Team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build pipeline opportunities for large, multi-year deals focused on CX transformation
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with CXO, EVP, and SVP executives at the top 100 US Insurance firms
  • Negotiate and close multi-million dollar agreements, managing bids, partnerships, and contracts effectively
Required qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience selling insurance software/services to L&A companies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably an MBA from a top business school in the US
  • Proven track record in managing complex pursuits within the L&A space
  • Strong executive-level connections within target accounts and the ability to navigate organizational complexities
  • Deep understanding of the L&A functional domain in the US, with existing CXO relationships preferred
