Job Summary

To drive revenue growth in a dynamic hunter/farmer role, the full-time remote Sales Executive will focus on winning new business, managing existing client relationships, and owning the full sales cycle to exceed annual revenue targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Winning new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and converting qualified leads
  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline and CRM discipline to support consistent target achievement
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record in a hunter/farmer sales role with experience achieving ambitious sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent commercial awareness and resilience in a target-led environment
  • Proficient in CRM and pipeline management, ideally with Salesforce and Microsoft 365
  • Experience in GRC, cyber security, compliance, or solution-led B2B sales is advantageous
