Job Summary
Driven by a passion for winning new business and nurturing existing client relationships, the full-time remote Sales Executive will proactively prospect, manage customer accounts, and oversee the full sales cycle to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Winning new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and converting qualified leads
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts via renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Owning the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in a hunter/farmer sales role with experience in new business generation and account growth
- Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally 720,000+ annually or equivalent
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Excellent commercial awareness and resilience in a target-led environment
- Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools, preferably Salesforce and Microsoft 365
