Job Summary
Driven by the desire to win new business and nurture existing client relationships, the full-time remote Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, focusing on proactive prospecting, account growth, and exceeding annual revenue targets of 720,000.
Key responsibilities
- Winning new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and converting qualified leads
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Maintaining excellent CRM discipline, reporting, forecasting, and opportunity management
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in a hunter/farmer sales role with experience achieving ambitious sales targets
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
- Excellent commercial awareness and resilience in a target-led environment
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills, ideally with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience in GRC, cyber security, compliance, or B2B solution-led sales is highly advantageous
