Job Summary

To drive revenue for represented hotels in PST and MST time zones, the full-time FLEX Sales Executive will proactively solicit new business, manage client relationships, and support property sales strategies while working closely with hotel leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively solicit new business from small business accounts and re-solicit past leads to drive demand for stakeholder hotels
  • Coordinate with the Property Sales Leader to identify top accounts and develop competitive sales strategies
  • Utilize internal systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and ensure accurate reporting on account information
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields; or a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related major
  • Preferred: 4-year college degree with experience in proactive lead generation within the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of property-specific business segments such as group, catering, and transient
  • Ability to leverage business intelligence to generate leads and drive sales
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales teams to optimize revenue opportunities
