Job Summary
Owning the sales cycle for Service Collection and Jira Service Management (JSM), the full-time remote Sales Executive for JSM Solutions will drive sales and adoption in strategic accounts, collaborating with internal teams and generating pipeline to support cloud growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) for internal teams and customers
- Collaborate with Core Account Executives to manage the JSM-specific sales cycle and drive high-value opportunities
- Generate pipeline and win deals in target accounts, focusing on transitioning customers from Data Center to Cloud
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in ITSM or ESM solutions
- Strong understanding of Service Collection and JSM products
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and high-value opportunities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Track record of generating sales pipeline and achieving sales targets
