• Develop and maintain relationships with small and midsized national and regional independent agencies
• Monitor financial results and sales behaviors to maximize agency opportunities for profitable growth
• Identify consolidation opportunities and assist in executing strategies to optimize agency performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of insurance sales experience
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, products, and services
• Experience in small business sales is strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of small commercial underwriting is beneficial
