Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Executive II responsible for leading and closing mid to large market leave of absence sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire RFP process, ensuring alignment with prospect needs and internal capabilities
  • Own relationships with specialty leave brokers throughout the sales cycle and collaborate with enterprise sellers
  • Develop win strategies and craft narratives to differentiate Leave Solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in leave management
  • Proven success managing large, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with brokers, consulting houses, or channel partnerships
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence leading finalist meetings
  • Understanding of leave regulations, disability management, FMLA/ADA, or HRIS/HCM ecosystem (preferred)
