Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Executive II - Leave Solutions, responsible for leading and closing mid to large market leave of absence sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire RFP process and serve as the primary contact for brokers on leave-related opportunities
  • Manage relationships with specialty leave brokers and collaborate with enterprise sellers to define engagement models
  • Develop win strategies and coordinate finalist meetings with relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in leave management
  • Proven success managing large, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with brokers, consulting houses, or channel partnerships
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence leading finalist meetings
  • Understanding of leave regulations, disability management, or HRIS/HCM ecosystem is preferred
