Job Summary

Owning the sales cycle for Service Collection and Jira Service Management (JSM), the remote Sales Executive, ITSM Solutions will drive sales and adoption in strategic accounts while collaborating with internal teams and generating high-value opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
  • Collaborate with Core Account Executives to manage the JSM-specific sales cycle
  • Generate pipeline and win deals in target accounts, focusing on transitioning customers from Data Center to Cloud
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management sales or related field
  • Strong understanding of Service Automation solutions and Cloud growth strategies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a sales environment
  • Ability to manage high-value sales cycles and build strong customer relationships
  • Familiarity with competitive sales strategies and pipeline generation techniques
