Job Summary

Owning the sales cycle for Service Collection and Jira Service Management (JSM), the full-time remote Sales Executive - ITSM Solutions will drive sales and adoption of service automation solutions across strategic accounts while collaborating with internal teams to generate pipeline and ensure customer success.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) for internal teams and customers
  • Collaborate with Core Account Executives to manage account relationships while owning the JSM-specific sales cycle
  • Generate pipeline and close deals in target accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities and transitioning customers from Data Center to Cloud
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) sales or related field
  • Strong understanding of service automation solutions and cloud transition strategies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value opportunities effectively
  • Track record of generating sales pipeline and achieving sales targets
