Job Summary
Leading the overall sales strategy across diverse commercial growth segments, the full-time remote Head of Sales will manage senior sales leaders, drive sustainable revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization in a complex healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end sales strategy across all market segments, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
- Lead and develop senior sales leaders, driving pipeline generation and performance management across diverse sales motions
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and represent the organization in high-impact engagements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in complex B2B sales environments, preferably in healthcare
- Proven ability to lead senior leaders and manage through influence across distributed teams
- Track record of delivering revenue growth and building scalable operating models
- Strong executive presence and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
