Job Summary

Leading the overall sales strategy across diverse commercial growth segments, the full-time remote Head of Sales will manage senior sales leaders, drive sustainable revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization in a complex healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales strategy across all market segments, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
  • Lead and develop senior sales leaders, driving pipeline generation and performance management across diverse sales motions
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and represent the organization in high-impact engagements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in complex B2B sales environments, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven ability to lead senior leaders and manage through influence across distributed teams
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth and building scalable operating models
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
