Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Executive for the Northeast US.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines
- Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales
- Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA)
- Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment
