Job Summary
Driving growth for Offensive Security Services Consulting, the full-time Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, and closing, while working remotely to expand the client base in a defined European territory.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales motions, including prospecting, qualification, and negotiation
- Lead consultative discussions with key stakeholders and establish multi-threaded relationships within accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate scoping of engagements and high customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of successful quota-carrying experience in selling cybersecurity consulting or technical professional services
- Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies and red teaming frameworks
- Experience selling into enterprise/strategic accounts in Europe, adapting to diverse regulatory environments
- Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a remote-first environment
