Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in the Southeast Asia market, the full-time remote Solution Sales Executive - Service Collection will develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Service Collection in the SEA market
- Define and implement a clear vision for the territory, regularly communicating on status and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
- At least 15 years of sales experience with a proven track record in technology vendors
- Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions
- Proven engagement with customers and partners in Southeast Asia
- Ability to make independent decisions in driving co-sell and GTM campaigns
- Fluency in English is required; ITIL certification is a plus
