Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for Jira Service Management (JSM) within assigned SMB accounts, the full-time Sales Executive, SMB will develop territory plans, co-sell with partners, and serve as a subject matter expert to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing for JSM solutions in the SMB sector
  • Execute territory plans to maximize pipeline generation and identify high-potential opportunities
  • Conduct value-based demos and solution walkthroughs, showcasing ROI and addressing customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in ITSM or service management
  • Proven track record in territory planning and account prioritization to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Experience with partner selling and managing multiple products within a single sales cycle
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose solutions
