Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Executive to grow their Mid-Market portfolio of clients and provide operational and technological excellence in delivering amazing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell business-to-business services to acquire new customers and increase revenue through demand creation, channel engagement, managing pipelines, and closing sales
  • Act as the resident expert on the company's services and sell technology-enabled customer experience services and solutions to new prospective mid-market clients
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate win-win agreements

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of B2B services-based solution sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, engaging, and acquiring mid-market customers
  • Experience with technology-enabled services sales
  • Ability to develop and grow senior-level relationships within target client organizations and influence purchase decisions
  • Articulate how company capabilities align with client requirements
