Sales Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support the Global Sales organization, the full-time salaried Sales Finance Manager will act as a strategic financial partner, providing insights and analytics to drive decision-making, manage a worldwide sales budget, and ensure financial goals are met.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and financial business partner, delivering decision-making support and business analytics
- Develop annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and detailed variance analysis for leadership
- Monitor and control costs and expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Significant experience in finance, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software such as Oracle and Tableau
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
