Sales Focused AI Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise AI & Automation Architect (Sales Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy for Sales and Service
• Architect solutions integrating Salesforce with AI technologies and build automation workflows
• Ensure compliance with governance and partner with cross-functional teams for responsible AI implementation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, AI/automation, or CRM solution leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Agentforce AI, Copilot, and Einstein
• Experience with GPT/LLM solutions (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Azure OpenAI)
• Strong knowledge of vector databases including AWS Bedrock Knowledge Bases and Amazon Aurora pgvector
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with AI pipelines and enterprise automation tools
