Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Sales FP&A (Revenue & Commercial Strategy).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain the "Source of Truth" for all SaaS revenue metrics
  • Lead the Revenue Planning process, managing forecasts and strategic plans
  • Partner with the SVP of Sales to design and model commission plans


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Sales Finance
  • Deep, hands-on experience in Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools
  • Proven ability to build "what-if" models for sales incentive plans
  • Expertise in SaaS-specific metrics and revenue recognition
  • Comfortable presenting to senior executives and defending financial models
