Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Sales FP&A (Revenue & Commercial Strategy).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the "Source of Truth" for all SaaS revenue metrics
- Lead the Revenue Planning process, managing forecasts and strategic plans
- Partner with the SVP of Sales to design and model commission plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Sales Finance
- Deep, hands-on experience in Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools
- Proven ability to build "what-if" models for sales incentive plans
- Expertise in SaaS-specific metrics and revenue recognition
- Comfortable presenting to senior executives and defending financial models
