Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Growth Lead to drive new customer acquisition and support existing users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own inbound sales, conducting discovery calls and product walkthroughs with potential customers
  • Develop relationships with volunteer sports administrators and source new customers through outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure successful onboarding and address customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong organizational and self-directed skills for managing a pipeline in a remote environment
  • Comfortable communicating via phone, video calls, and email
  • Empathetic and patient, with an understanding of customer challenges
  • Ability to adapt and be coachable, seeking feedback and sharing insights with the team
