Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales & Customer Growth Lead to drive new customer acquisition and support existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own inbound sales by managing trial signups, demo requests, and conducting discovery calls
- Develop relationships with volunteer sports administrators and source new customers through outbound campaigns
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure successful onboarding and address customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline in a remote setting
- Comfortable communicating via phone, video, and email
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions
