Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Customer Growth Lead to drive new customer acquisition and support existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own inbound sales by managing trial signups, demo requests, and conducting discovery calls
  • Develop relationships with volunteer sports administrators and source new customers through outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure successful onboarding and address customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline in a remote setting
  • Comfortable communicating via phone, video, and email
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions
