Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales (Growth).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives in founder-led sales cycles
  • Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting and ownership of the full sales cycle
  • Build and refine scalable sales playbooks and processes while providing accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to SMB and Mid Market companies, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in managing competitive sales cycles with resource-constrained buyers
  • Proven ability to build or refine sales processes and teams from the ground up
  • Technical aptitude to understand and communicate software capabilities effectively
