Job Summary
To support a growing revenue team, the contract Sales GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for enterprise Account Executives, SDRs, and sales leadership roles, focusing on proactive sourcing and pipeline management in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle sales recruiting from sourcing to closing for revenue-generating roles
- Proactively source candidates by building lists and reaching out to potential hires
- Maintain an efficient hiring pipeline, ensuring swift movement even during high volume periods
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sales recruiting, particularly for enterprise AEs and SDRs
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in Boolean search and creative outreach methods
- Familiarity with AI tools integrated into the recruiting process
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups
- Organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
