Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Management and Sales Incentive Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize data-driven sales incentive plans to maximize revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain equitable territory structures for balanced market coverage
  • Monitor and validate sales performance KPIs and bonus calculations for accurate payouts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years in sales operations, incentive compensation, or territory management, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in SAP BW, HANA, and analytical tools such as Tableau or Snowflake
  • Experience with financial reporting and discussing budgets and bonus impacts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
