Sales Incentive Compensation Financial Analyst I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Incentive Compensation Financial Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate sales incentive compensation payments according to sales compensation plans and policies
• Support sales reporting including weekly sales key metric reporting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field
• 3+ years' experience in Finance or Accounting role
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and comfortable learning new systems
• Proven ability to successfully manage a process and meet tight deadlines required
• Professional certification a plus: CPA, CFA, CMA
