Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end management of sales incentive programs, the full-time Sales Incentive Manager will design, administer, and optimize incentive plans to align seller behavior with business strategy and revenue goals while collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and Payroll teams in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and refinement of sales incentive plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and desired seller behaviors
- Manage the annual incentive planning cycle and maintain plan documentation, policy rules, and governance standards
- Develop dashboards and reports on plan performance, clearly communicating design changes and policy interpretations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, HR, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive compensation, or related fields with direct responsibility for incentive plan design and administration
- Experience with incentive compensation platforms and reporting tools such as Salesforce and Xactly
- Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Professional certification in sales compensation is a plus (e.g., CCP, Aon Certified Sales Compensation Expert)
