Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to improve compensation plans

• Contribute to the development of global tools and processes for compensation analytics

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in data analysis, or Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience
• Master of Business Administration or related advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a large or matrixed organization, preferably in technology
• 3+ years of program leadership or management experience
• Experience with data modeling or statistical forecasting using relevant software packages
