A company is looking for a Sales Insights & Reporting Manager to oversee performance tracking and analytics across retail and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of weekly sales and promotional performance reporting
• Manage the promotional calendar across retail and e-commerce channels to align with revenue and profitability goals
• Analyze promotional effectiveness and competitor behavior to optimize promotion strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in sales analytics, promotions, or retail analytics
• Strong Excel and BI skills, including data modeling and pivot tables
• Experience with weekly sales, POS, or promotional data
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for workflow automation and reporting
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations
