Job Summary

Motivated by helping others, the remote Sales Intake Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls to assess eligibility for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and veterans' disability services while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage calls to educate potential customers about Allsup's services and facilitate their enrollment
• Navigate complex software programs while multitasking in a high-volume sales environment
• Build relationships with customers through excellent service and problem-solving techniques

Required qualifications

• Experience in a sales or customer service-related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while using multiple software resources
• Strong initiative and drive to succeed independently
• Capability to learn complex government programs and processes in a remote setting
