Sales Investigations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Investigators, the full-time Sales Investigations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and ethical investigations of sales misconduct while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Compliance Investigations Unit staff to ensure professional and accurate investigative processes and reports
• Oversee investigations of reported misconduct, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely resolutions and compliance with regulations
• Develop corporate compliance training materials and maintain investigatory policies and procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Compliance, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, or related functions in a regulated environment
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or management role
• Experience reviewing investigative work for quality and evidentiary sufficiency
• Experience coordinating case activities with cross-functional stakeholders
