Job Summary
To drive new business growth, the full-time remote Sales Lead will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, develop outbound strategies, and shape the go-to-market approach for an innovative AI-powered product.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Lead outbound strategy and execution across various channels to generate qualified opportunities
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to inform product roadmap and pricing decisions
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales with a strong closing track record
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to generate own pipeline
- Confident in conducting discovery calls and solution-based sales conversations
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
