Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Lead, Strategic Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise and consultant-led opportunities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, HR leaders, consultants, and brokers
  • Shape pricing, packaging, and objection-handling tools with leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years in enterprise sales or consultant-led benefits ecosystem
  • Proven record of closing $500K+ ACV enterprise deals
  • Strong, trusted relationships across the benefits ecosystem
  • Consultative seller able to align and influence executive stakeholders
  • Bonus: early-stage startup or category-defining company experience
