Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founding Lead, Strategic Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise and consultant-led opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, HR leaders, consultants, and brokers
- Shape pricing, packaging, and objection-handling tools with leadership
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in enterprise sales or consultant-led benefits ecosystem
- Proven record of closing $500K+ ACV enterprise deals
- Strong, trusted relationships across the benefits ecosystem
- Consultative seller able to align and influence executive stakeholders
- Bonus: early-stage startup or category-defining company experience
