Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founding Sales Lead to drive new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demos and negotiations
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate qualified leads
- Provide market insights to inform product and pricing strategies while maintaining accurate sales forecasts
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on outbound prospecting
- Experience in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
