Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Sales Lead to drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demos and negotiations
  • Develop and maintain a target account strategy and present the product's ROI to potential clients
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy by providing customer insights and maintaining accurate CRM tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in outbound prospecting
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
  • Experience building or improving sales processes and motions
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
