Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founding Sales Lead to drive new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to customer handoff
- Build and maintain a target account strategy and present the product's value to potential clients
- Lead outbound strategy and establish repeatable sales processes and playbooks
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales
- Experience managing a full sales cycle and generating own pipeline
- Confident in conducting discovery calls and solution-based sales conversations
- Experience improving sales processes and maintaining CRM systems
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
