Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founding Sales Lead to drive new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demos and negotiations
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies and maintain a target account strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the go-to-market strategy and share customer insights
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales with a strong closing track record
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
- Strong hunter mentality with proficiency in outbound prospecting
- Experience in building or improving sales processes and motions
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
