Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Sales Lead to drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including demos and negotiations
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies and maintain a target account strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the go-to-market strategy and share customer insights


Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales with a strong closing track record
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
  • Strong hunter mentality with proficiency in outbound prospecting
  • Experience in building or improving sales processes and motions
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
