Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Sales Lead to drive new business growth for an AI-powered voice agent product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain a target account strategy and present the product to rental operators and service businesses
  • Lead outbound strategy and execution, establishing pipeline creation targets and maintaining accurate CRM tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales with a strong track record of closing
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Experience building or improving sales processes, messaging, and forecasting
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
