Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Lead in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a team of Account Executives and BDRs, establishing coaching rhythms and career paths
  • Own pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and quarterly revenue targets while exploring new market opportunities
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy by creating a focused execution plan and collaborating cross-functionally with other teams
Required Qualifications
  • Six or more years of experience leading SaaS sales teams with AMER territory ownership
  • Experience in technical sales, particularly in infrastructure, databases, DevTools, or cloud
  • Ability to engage effectively with both developers and CTOs
  • Proven track record of quickly earning trust in existing teams and driving performance improvements
  • Experience working in asynchronous, globally distributed environments
