Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Lead in the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Account Executives and BDRs, establishing coaching rhythms and career paths
- Own pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and quarterly revenue targets while exploring new market opportunities
- Execute the go-to-market strategy by creating a focused execution plan and collaborating cross-functionally with other teams
Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience leading SaaS sales teams with AMER territory ownership
- Experience in technical sales, particularly in infrastructure, databases, DevTools, or cloud
- Ability to engage effectively with both developers and CTOs
- Proven track record of quickly earning trust in existing teams and driving performance improvements
- Experience working in asynchronous, globally distributed environments
