Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Sales Lead to drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain a target account strategy by segment and customer profile
  • Lead outbound strategy and execution across various channels to generate qualified opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales with a strong track record of closing
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and generating own pipeline
  • Experience building or improving a sales motion, including process and messaging
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
