Job Summary
Sales Lead is a full-time position responsible for driving new business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for an AI product.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate qualified opportunities
- Provide structured customer insights to inform product and pricing decisions
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in outbound prospecting
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
