Job Summary

Driving new business growth, the full-time remote Sales Lead will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build a repeatable outbound strategy, and shape the go-to-market approach for an innovative AI product.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Lead outbound strategy and execution through various channels, creating repeatable sales playbooks
  • Provide structured customer insights to inform product roadmap, pricing, and packaging decisions
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS new business sales with a strong track record of closing
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
  • Strong hunter mentality with a focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience building or improving sales processes, messaging, and forecasting
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
