Job Summary
To support the sales process, the full-time Sales Lead Development Specialist will identify, qualify, and advance leads into sales-ready opportunities while building relationships with HR decision-makers in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify warm leads from various sources, including marketing and outbound outreach
- Proactively prospect and network to engage decision-makers and influencers
- Manage assigned campaigns and maintain accurate CRM records while developing trusted relationships with HR leaders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B prospecting or sales development experience with a proven track record
- Strong CRM and sales-tech skills, including Microsoft Dynamics and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Prior experience selling to HR leaders and a solid understanding of HR challenges
- A network or active presence on niche platforms for lead generation
