Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Lead - Employer Sales (North America).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with EAP resellers to identify co-selling opportunities and support employer-facing teams
- Engage employer clients and build a strong outbound pipeline through various outreach methods
- Provide product knowledge and training materials to partners while tracking sales metrics in CRM
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in North American markets
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Spanish preferred
- Understanding of US & Canadian employer benefits and healthcare variations
- Highly organized and proficient in CRM tools
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
