Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Lead - Employer Sales (North America).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with EAP resellers to identify co-selling opportunities and support employer-facing teams
  • Engage employer clients and build a strong outbound pipeline through various outreach methods
  • Provide product knowledge and training materials to partners while tracking sales metrics in CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in North American markets
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Spanish preferred
  • Understanding of US & Canadian employer benefits and healthcare variations
  • Highly organized and proficient in CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
