Job Summary
To drive sales growth in the Americas, the full-time Sales Lead - Employer Sales will manage lead generation, support employer clients, and collaborate with partners while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage employer clients across the US and Canada, building a strong outbound pipeline through various outreach methods
- Provide product knowledge and sales resources to partners, ensuring accessibility for both English and French-speaking markets
- Meet or exceed targets for qualified opportunities and participate in sales strategy discussions for market expansion
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in Canadian or American markets
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is preferred
- Understanding of the US and Canadian employer benefits landscape and provincial healthcare variations
- Highly organized and data-driven with proficiency in CRM tools
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting activities
