Job Summary

To drive sales growth in Spanish-speaking markets, the full-time Sales Lead - Employer Sales will engage employer clients, manage lead generation efforts, and collaborate with partners while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage employer clients across Spanish-speaking markets, building an outbound pipeline through various channels
  • Provide sales support by developing training materials and collaborating with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to sales strategy discussions to meet or exceed targets for qualified opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience or business development
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • Understanding of employer benefits landscapes and healthcare systems in Spanish-speaking markets
  • Proficient in CRM tools and highly organized
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills
