Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Lead Generation Associate to drive top-of-funnel activity through various outreach methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify prospects
  • Qualify leads through discovery questions and schedule meetings between prospects and the Sales team
  • Log all activities accurately within the CRM and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required
  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, or similar roles preferred
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed activity and conversion metrics
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
