Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Lead Manager to drive the strategy and execution of internet-based inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and respond to all internet-based inbound leads and digital RFPs in accordance with response time standards
  • Analyze business potential including dates, pattern, space utilization, guest room demand, and profitability
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales leadership to determine optimal pricing and strategic positioning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in hotel sales, revenue management, business analytics, or group sales coordination
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Hyatt sales and revenue systems preferred
