Job Summary

To support the evolution of sales strategies, the full-time Sales Leader will manage and develop a team of Account Executives, focusing on coaching, driving outbound pipeline generation, and enhancing account and partner relationships in a collaborative remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, providing real-time guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies using sales engagement tools to optimize outreach efforts
  • Oversee account management strategies to maximize customer retention, expansion, and partner satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in building and scaling full-lifecycle sales teams, including both new business and account management
  • Expertise with modern sales technologies such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, and CRMs
  • Deep understanding of contemporary sales methodologies like MEDDIC and Challenger
  • Data-driven leadership style with strong coaching instincts and conflict navigation skills
  • Ability to maintain visibility into team activity and pipeline health using CRM data
